This notice covers cookies and similar technologies used on www.sweetpositano.it. The controller is SWEET POSITANO S.R.L., based at Viale Pasitea 160-162 - 84017 Positano (SA), email info@sweetpositano.it. For other processing, recipients, transfers and rights, see the Privacy Notice.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device. They may last for a session or until a specified expiry and may be set by the website or third-party services. Similar technologies may read or store information without using cookies.

2. Functions and categories

• Necessary: support functions such as authentication, the cart, security and remembering cookie choices.
• Preferences and additional functions: concern settings or extra services. Preferences strictly necessary for an expressly requested function are distinguished from optional tools.
• Analytics: measure visits and website use. Non-exempt tools require consent.
• Marketing: concern identifiers and promotional features, according to the descriptions in the preference panel and applicable choices.

The store uses CookieYes to manage choices. Observed services include Shopify, CookieYes, Cloudflare and Brevo. The website also integrates chat, accessibility and geolocation functions described in the Privacy Notice.

3. Your choices

The banner lets you accept, reject optional tools or customise categories. Change your choice using the CookieYes preference reopening control on the website. Refusing optional tools does not prevent normal purchases; some additional features may be unavailable. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You can also delete or restrict cookies in your browser settings. This may remove saved preferences; blocking necessary cookies can impair the website.

4. Detailed inventory

The following inventory, managed through CookieYes, lists detected cookies, their purposes, categories, domains and lifetimes. The information is also available in the preference panel. Device lifetime differs from retention on providers’ systems.

The inventory is under review: some attributions and lifetimes still need confirmation and may be updated. A scanner category does not by itself establish that a tool is necessary. For information about an unclear or unclassified entry, contact info@sweetpositano.it with the displayed name.

5. Further information

The banner is configured for worldwide visibility and may display different options according to the regional model applied. This does not change your rights under applicable law. For enquiries, recipients and international transfers, see the Privacy Notice.
